Grilled dessert sandwich

We make this on the pit;

Hawaiian Bread - The big round one
Bananas
Nutella
Marshmellow Cream

Slice the Hawaiian Bread through the middle (from the side) into 2 3/4" thick pieces.  Make sure you slice off the rounded top to make it flat.

Put Marshmellow Cream on one side
Put Nutella on the other side
Slice the bananas length wise and put the strips on one of the sides then put the top on.

Spread butter on the top and bottom of the sandwich

Put the whole sandwich in one of those baskets you use to cook chicken pieces or vegetables on a grill.

Put it over the coals and brown the top and bottom like a grilled cheese sandwich.  This gives the marshmellow cream and Nutella time to melt a little bit.

Slice like a pie and serve.

We make these a lot when we're cooking out.

Oh hell, that's just a variation on Elvis' favorite sammich.....
