black panthers protesting in seattle

“The Atlantic” has an article on the racist origins of gun control in general, and the impetus created by the Black Panthers -
“In February of 1967, Oakland police officers stopped a car carrying Newton, Seale, and several other Panthers with rifles and handguns. When one officer asked to see one of the guns, Newton refused. “I don’t have to give you anything but my identification, name, and address,” he insisted. This, too, he had learned in law school.

“Who in the hell do you think you are?” an officer responded.

“Who in the hell do you think you are?,” Newton replied indignantly. He told the officer that he and his friends had a legal right to have their firearms.

Newton got out of the car, still holding his rifle.

“What are you going to do with that gun?” asked one of the stunned policemen.

“What are you going to do with your gun?,” Newton replied.”

Gun control was started by the racist democrat party to keep the colored in their place. They've achieved the same thing in today's time with entitlements.

1. The only problem

Is that when the left sues violence, it turns the fight into a shootout, which is EXACTLY what the right wants. They cannot think in terms other than war and murder, so they WANT to have some martyr in whose name to start firing full automatic clips.

Is this a Nadism?

2. i bet ghadaffi was really happy that the left took up arms in lybia

i am just saying we show up with our own sks and ak47s for the rallies, the cops will likely not show up out of fear, which in my opinion is why they dont show up at tea party rallies, they are afraid to be shot.

tea partiers genearlly do not like seeing cops do shit like this, the libertarian side of the tea party is very anti police. if the authoritarians start a civil war they will be attacked from the right and the left

You DUmbass. I don't purposely take a gun to a demonstration or anywhere else. I'm armed wherever I go because every time I leave the house, I'm armed.

Here's a hint for all you DUmmies. We're not afraid of you owning guns. You're clueless as to the operation of guns and are totally inept when it comes to having the ability to hit a target.

6. i recommend carrying guns to rallies like the tea party does

and like the black panthers used to do

do you really think that the black panthers undermined the civil rights movement? people know that if they didnt cede to king and the non violent people they would have to deal with x and the black panthers

Not concerned about 12% of the population. Besides, black on black crimes are doing the work that the democrat party has been trying to do for over a hundred years.

that does not mean what happens is wrong

mumia killed a cop who was going to kill his brother, he got railroaded, but what he did was not wrong.

plus if enough people fight back at the same time no one will be punished. or very few. how many rebels are being punished in libya today?

DUmmie Lurkers, Please note:

The Tea Party did NOT engage in acts of civil disobedience.

Imagine Occupiers storming a bank with GUNS. DUmmies...how would the reaction be different?

Open carry is very different from armed intimidation. The Black Panthers were NOT demonstrating the right of open carry. They were using the weapons to intimidate. That's why the Panthers were classified as a terrorist organization.

Does anyone here or in DUmmy-land believe that the Occupiers could have resisted shooting at the police or at bankers? If the Occupiers were so armed they would have shot first: they would cease to be protesters and would become a threat to the US. National guard units, or even the US military would be justified against the Pooper brigades.

Posts like this should not be forgotten. bit by bit they are working themselves into armed acts of violence...
2012 is going to be a rough year.

There are a few primitives that can handle a firearm (if you believe what you read in the Gun Forum).  The rest of the primitives harangue them like there is no tomorrow, it seems.

A liberal trying to wield a firearm in an offensive manner would be like a poodle attacking me with a waffle iron, a whale coming after me with a sewing machine, or a piece of fruit charging me after it has had a particularly bad day.

The UN and NATO are entirely different critters, but getting either one to deploy foreign troops into the US to help the anti-American Progressive scum has an exactly equal chance of occurring:  Zero.

I like how this DUmbass thinks the UN or NATO could exist for even a week without the full support and participation of the United States.

Any time they do anything of substance, the UN and NATO are nothing but tools of American foreign policy.

Foreigners are allowed to fume, and bitch, and pontificate, but they lack the military and economic power to DO anything.

As long as they can leave their hellhole countries and soak up the food, whores, entertainment, safety, and general comfort of living in America, foreign diplomats will go along with that charade.
