Long story short, as some of you may be aware I sometimes ask for some recommends on a particular article, on a newspaper website in SW Ohio so that I can manipulate what appears in the Most Recommended navigation of every article page, right in time for the AM traffic spike.

I have to say though, this one is the ultimate. I found it buried on the Opinons page simply because it was published by a Community Press paper and not on the pages of the Mothership paper.

Get this. It's written by a Lt. Col USMC and it's about why he agrees with Obama on Gitmo.

But that's not all. he is a Member of the International Institute for Strategic Studies, National Military Intelligence Association, American Society of International Law

and he wrote this

Seems this LTC is trying to play Monday Morning QB. That's fine, IN FOOTBALL. The fact still remains though, after 9/11 we couldn't take a chance. Clinton should have wrapped up Iraq during his tenure after several and severe violations of a treaty Saddam, himself, agreed to. As for the people we have a Guantanamo, and us needing to close it to, in a sense, make ourselves appear more credible on a world stage, ask yourself this LTC, if that were the case, why is it that their home countries do not want them?

You know, maybe closing GITMO ain't such a bad idea after all...when Bush was prez, we captured them....there was a paper trail made and we couldn't shoot them....so it was on to GITMO.....and the liberals raised hell....Obama promised to close it down... now what to do with the animals in the pound....Obama sends them home.....home country drops them in their tracks when they get off the  plane.....no problem....Obama didn't know that was going to happen.....GITMO is closed....terrorist are dead.... and the DUmmies applaud Obama and vote for him again.
