Restrictions on gay sexuality took years to turn back, and only because small groups of vocal, revolutionary fringes protested. Mainstream gay men -- white, well off, possibly closeted or down low -- could afford to not have to fight for it. They definitely tolerated it.

Many men are currently tolerating -- and in fact driving the push for -- restricting IVF care.

Are men as a whole tolerating the current moves on abortion and related reproductive care?

In the real world, laws forbidding abortion as far back as the 1800s Arizona law (and probably even earlier) included saving the life of the mother as an exception.

In the real word, a Catholic hospital that will not abort a baby for being inconvenient to the mother will readily perform an abortion in the case of an ectopic pregnancy.

Very few abortions performed in the US are true "health care decisions"!

If women not being able to kill inconvenient babies is a "restriction on their sexuality", then being legally forced to provide 18-25 years of support for an inconvenient baby instead of paying half the cost of an abortion is a restriction on men's sexuality.

1. Viagra and masturbation do not kill a human being. Abortion does. There is no analogy between withholding Viagra and forbidding abortion.

 What about some court forcing a man to pay child support for kids that are not theirs or in the case of the men that donate their sperm to some woman only to find out they might be on the hook for child support. How is that fair?
