It is from AP. Protests and riots have happened in St. Louis following acquittal of St. Louis police officer Jason Stockley. He shot Anthony Lamar Smith on December 20, 2011.

Comes on heel of Michael Brown and unrest in Ferguson, not too far from St. Louis.
