Title: My Peppermint Pecan Fudge recipe

2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/4 salt
2 1/2 cups mimi marshmallows
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp peppermint extract
lots of love  :-*

Combine the first four in a sauce pot under med heat, bring to a boil. Boil for 6 min's. remove from heat put in the rest till it is all melty. Poar in a  buttered  8 inch pan. Chill till firm.

I don't know how to extract peppermint.  Shoot, I don't even know what animal it comes from.
