Found a marinade for chicken with an accompaning basting sauce for the chicken and any vegetables you might want. Made it tonight for company and it was pretty good.
Chicken marinade:
1/3 C orange juice 1/4 C soy sauce 1 t ginger 1 t garlic pwd or a clove
Basting sauce:
1/2 C butter or margarine melted 1 and 1/2 t lime juice 1 t cayenne pepper
Two chicken breasts fed four, and I used mushrooms, green and red peppers, zucchini and summer squash.
Would appreciate other marinades and basting sauces for beef and chicken.

Try marinating some chicken in some 7 Up and soy sauce....... simple, but good.
