I urge ANYONE who has earned...EARNED!! ...their money to demand that they keep 100% of the money, and to PUBLICLY announce it. After that, I would URGE Barny Fife to subpoena me to testify in front of the Politburo...er, congressional hearing. Then when they tried to ask me how I justified keeping my bonus, I would say it's NONE OF THEIR FREAKING BUSINESS, as it was a PRIVATE transaction. Then, if they would have the gall to chastise me in front of the other nazis, they would get a POINT BY POINT DISSERTATION, RATTLED OFF MY HEAD, about how Barney Fife, Chris Dodd, Maxine Waters, Charlie Rangel, and a whole slew of democrats and Rinos STOLE THE MONEY THEMSELVES.
I would further demand that Chris Dodd agreed 100% that they should keep their money, based on their bill additions on the original bailout. Subpoena HIS ass to the witness stand if necessary!
Look, I'm SO pissed at the actions by these socialistic commies that I have NO MORE MERCY for ANYONE.
I REPEAT, any AIG recipient should demand their ENTIRE bonus, and then expose congress for all the crap they caused in the first place.
Please note: it is NOT THE BUSINESS of ANYONE whether these executives get paid bonuses, even if the company lost money. Even if they got government money (which constitutes selling your soul to the devil), it should not affect these individuals' earned income one iota. And THAT is what a bonus IS, dimwit congressional communistic bastards...it is EARNED INCOME! Call it shovel-ready if you want, it's the SAME DAMN THING!

(Incidentally, if the business was breaking any laws, then such actions should be brought out against the perpetrators. But these bonuses are earned income from contracted jobs. Ironically, they would be subject to bankrupt conditions had the company gone the correct route, but I digress.)
