Biden wasn’t not on anything! He was ready and was willing to perform at a high level. The GOBers were not ready for that speech and now they want to claim that Joe was on something.

Yet, when Trump is babbling thru is his own words? They don’t care what he says or how he acts! Pathetic as it sounds, the GOBers have no intention of giving Biden credit.

How do you know Biden was not on anything? what’s his excuse for sounding like he’s drunk? From the way, he walks and talks he looks like he’s half dead.

I really do not care what drugs LIEden may or may not use (seriously, we will never know for sure unless something kills him and an autopsy is done and made public), but anyone who saw Trump on his 2000s TV show knows Trump has changed little, other than what he deems appropriate for the circumstances.
