In other words Javaman was having a Starbucks with a bicycle delivery guy who sometimes delivers to the local ABC affiliate and speculating between sips of vanilla caramel lattes. Like the White House would give anyone in the alphabets that kind of access anyway. Sheesh!

Better yet, as head of the EPA, citing his eco-friendly ranch as the example they'd like him to continue to set for the rest of the nation.

Watch out for flying DUmmy gray matter if that happens though.
