Corporations that wrecked their images in woke marketing campaigns could pay a price for decisions that cost shareholders money.

On Tuesday, America First Legal took to Twitter on a fishing expedition looking for disgruntled shareholders who have seen their investments flow down the drain faster than a barrel of Bud Light since the beer’s embrace of transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney led to a weeks-long boycott that shows no sign of stopping.

“ATTENTION: Are you a shareholder of @Target @Kohls @abinbev, or other companies that are promoting transgender, LGBTQ and PRIDE products and diminishing shareholder value? We want to hear from you,” the law firm posted.

I don't love how lawsuit-happy the US has been for quite a while. That said, Budweiser, Target, Kohl's, etc. upper manglement clearly have violated their fiduciary duty to act in shareholders' best interests.

The outspoken host of ESPN’s “First Take” and “The Stephen A. Smith Show” podcast is fed up with black-on-black crime and the silence that surrounds it. This week Smith said during his eponymous podcast that he “had no choice” but to talk about it. Lamenting the high number of shootings in Chicago over the long Memorial Day Weekend, Smith had a question for the black community: “When are we going to look at ourselves when it comes to black people being killed in the streets of America?”

But as Smith pointed out, this weekend wasn’t the first time these shootings have happened and Chicago isn’t the only city, either. “It’s been happening year after year after year,” said Smith. “Chicago, St. Louis, Baltimore, the list goes on and on.” And as Smith pointed out, clearly it’s time to look to the black community itself to solve this devasting and violent problem.

Smith better be so clean he squeaks at 120 dB, because race-baiting blacktivists will be after him for telling a truth they don't want to hear or be heard. Sadly.

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has described having to evacuate a riotous Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021 as traumatic. But Capitol Police security footage obtained by Just the News shows the long-time Democrat leader exited Hollywood-style from the home of Congress that fateful day with her daughter filming her as security officers tried to guide her through a secret safe passage corridor.

The footage, made available by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and aired for the first time on the Just the News, No Noise television show on Real America's Voice on Thursday night, provides three different angles of Pelosi's evacuation the afternoon of Jan. 6. Each show her daughter Alexandra roving around her mother's delegation with a camera as they moved briskly through corridors, led by members of the Capitol Police protective detail.

The video shows then-Speaker Pelosi was not in jeopardy after fleeing the breached Capitol chamber, because the footage shows no protesters or rioters penetrated the evacuation route. Capitol Police confirmed to Congress the woman holding the camera in the footage was Pelosi's daughter, Alexandra.

Steven Sund, the former Capitol Police chief, who was fired after the Jan. 6 tragedy, viewed the evacuation footage Thursday for the first time and said he was deeply concerned that Pelosi's actions that day put an unnecessary strain on her security detail.

In plain language, Pelosiroo complicated her security detail's job so her daughter could film a stage-crafted exit. Contrary to any dramatic claims, Pelosiroo was not in danger, and during her exit no one exhibited signs of extreme urgency or even haste.

Mother Sues After Trans Student Allegedly Assaults Daughter In School Bathroom

A mother is suing the Edmond School District in Oklahoma after a male student who identifies as transgender used the girls’ bathroom at school and allegedly attacked her daughter, according to the lawsuit.

A 17-year-old male allegedly entered the girls’ bathroom and “severely” attacked and beat the 15-year-old girl at approximately 7:15 a.m. on Oct. 26, according to the lawsuit filed on May 25. The school knew that the male student was biologically male, had made repeated threats of violence against the girl and routinely used the girls’ bathrooms in violation of a state law that requires students to use bathrooms aligned with their sex, the lawsuit alleges.

Days before the alleged attack, police had removed the male student from the girls’ bathroom and searched him for a weapon after another student reported his threats against the girl, but the district never notified the girl’s mother and continued to allow the male student to use the girls’ bathroom, according to the lawsuit.

I don't love how lawsuit-happy the US has been for quite a while. That said, Budweiser, Target, Kohl's, etc. upper manglement clearly have violated their fiduciary duty to act in shareholders' best interests.

That was pretty much my first thought when these bad decisions were made. The management is supposed to be protecting their investors money not promoting their progressive agenda.

From a humanitarian perspective, I don't have much of a problem with feeding, clothing, housing, and medical care for KIDS.

Except for one glaring problem -- they're still ILLEGAL and they were brought over the border by their ILLEGAL parent(s) - usually.

But educating them means a much larger commitment, and that's another place where I have a problem. If they're illegal, DEPORT their asses, along with their parent(s). Don't care where they go, they just have to go.

Until that time, feeding, clothing, housing, and medical care should be provided.

But let there be no mistake. Those kids need to go back where they came from. Full stop.
