She makes 80k a year and then we are asked to feel sorry for her when she QUITS her job and drops out of law school and still makes 20k?
I swear the BS from DU members is just effin stunning. Next we'll be expected to feel sorry for the lottery winners that spend their 40 million prize in two years.

I don't see how anyone can defend have DOUBLE the average to not be on the high side.
If the average weight is 150 pound isn't 300 pounds overweight?
If the average penis is 5.5 inches isn't 11 inches considered large?
If the average MPG for a car is 20 mpg isn't getting 40 mpg considered a fuel efficient car?

It's not on the high side when the really rich make hundreds of times the national average.

No, anymore than being 160 lbs would be considered overweight. Weighing 2000 lbs would be overweight if the bell were curved to reflect rich v average in this country.

Who knows. I found a way to make my penis 11" long...I fold it in half.

It would be considered to be more efficient, but if another car got 100 mpg it would be considered quite inefficient.

That is how i feel about it.
Anyone who QUITS a job isn't a victim either. They are just expecting something they always had when it was a privilege others never even had a chance to try.

8. Oh, please. She tried to better herself. That's more than most people do.
So law school didn't work out. At least she gave it a try. I don't see her saying that she expected her old job to be there for her forever.
I wouldn't worry about this lady. She'll find something in due time that pays better than her old job. She'll do it because she has self esteem and ambition, and because she isn't willing to believe that she's worth only $20k a year.
She's not a victim of anything except the times we live in (ie: a recession).
Oh yes, a victim of the 0bama times we're living in.

6. sounds to me like she worked hard for what she had. She made a decision that turned out to be a mistake because of the economy. In life, we see lots of examples of people who work only so that they can buy their toys and take their vacations, with no preparation for the future.
Then there are others who don't take that vacation, or buy that toy, and instead they invest their hard earned money or go to school, and when they reach their goals and have a nice income you'll find that the ones who took their vacations, and bought their toys can't seem to understand why the other succeeded and they didn't.
They think it's unfair and they are never happier than when they see the successful person lose all that they have. Jealousy plain and simple. How sad.
Pretty much describes the beady-eyed green-eyed primitives, that last paragraph.
