Todays letter to our beloved Senator from Florida
« on: March 04, 2009, 07:11:26 AM »
Good Morning boys and girls,

Today's message to our idiotic FL senator is sent under the title "Is there such a thing as democrat leadership?"  Like most feedback from Floridians, he will respond with some canned letter that is so full of crap it is a waste of time.  Is there really only one Joe Lieberman in the world???

regards,
5412

Dear Senator Nelson,

It is time for democrats to stop the insanity.  Much like the republican leadership had to tell Nixon enough is enough, THE DEMOCRAT LEADERSHIP NEEDS TO TELL OBAMA ENOUGH ALREADY STOP THIS CRAP NOW!

He wants a health care program that at least 80% of the public is opposed to, which will hurt Floridians a great deal.

He is pushing energy policies that are INSANE, which will hurt the economy in the midst of a recession he is helping to fuel.

His cutting the defense budget when we are at war is INSANE.

SENATOR NELSON, THE THINGS GOING DOWN NOW WERE NOT CAMPAIGN ISSUES HE PROMISED TO DO; BUT RATHER THINGS HE PROMISED NOT TO DO.

Had he spelled out the agenda he is following he would NOT have been elected.

YOU ARE EITHER A FOOL FOR CONTINUING TO SUPPORT THE PRESIDENT AND HIS INSANE IDEAS WHICH WILL DESTROY OUR COUNTRY OR THAT TOO IS YOUR GOAL.

Are there not any democrats with some common sense to realize that the government has no right to shove expensive health care down peoples throats that 80%+ are opposed to?

Are there not any democrats with some common sense to realize that coal supplies over 50% of our power and is NOT hurting the environment, yet taxing the power companies will hurt America and drive our energy costs even higher?

Much like the Wall Street Journal said, it is now Obama's economy, if you continue to blindly support him, he has also defined you and what you stand for.  He is your president now.  If you do not stand up and STOP THIS INSANITY You will not be able to distance yourself from him when you want to be rehired by the voters in FL.

You would do the voters that hired you, and the nation great service if you simply came out and said, enough already!  I can no longer support this agenda.  You likely will find that many other democrats will agree with you and follow suit.

WAKE UP SENATOR, HE IS TAKING OUR COUNTRY DOWN AND YOU STUPID LIBS WILL GO RIGHT DOWN WITH HIM.

Good letter.  Clear thinking.  Cogent subject.  Destined to be ignored.

Absolutely to much commonsense in it for one democrat to swallow.

Come to think of it......to much for all the Democrats in D.C..
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

The key to what happens over the next few years will be the (relatively) conservative Democrats, especially the ones from the South.

Sir, I hope you don't mind if I steal that letter shamelessly.  I've got a couple of commie cocksucker senators now, and laying this on them has the feel of emotional satisfaction.
If you want to worship an orange pile of garbage with a reckless disregard for everything, get on down to Arbys & try our loaded curly fries.

Hi,

I would be flattered if you would.  I want every person in this country firing salvos at the stupid lemmings who are going along with this sham.  If you can scroll back, I also wrote one about a week ago where I frankly told Senator Nelson, I did not give a damn about how he felt about the stimulus package, when 90% of the folks who hired him are either for or against a particular piece of legislation, he should be representing us in congress.

I have to tell you, Nelson is truly an asshole, party unity is placed ahead of those who hired him and that is the big problem in this country.  Bring on term limits.....

The truth is, representative government is now in hell.  It is now about the individuals ambitions and ideology.  We vote people in, and then they are no longer beholding to the folks who voted.  They care only about their peers.  Then they get voted in again because their name on the ballot is recognized by the idiots who are allowed to vote.  There is no forethought or actual civic responsibility involved.  It's called "gerrymandering".

Hi,

I caught a blurb on a talk show yesterday that was interesting.  They were interviewing someone from the Reagan administration.  His point was Reagan did not have a congressional majority so when he had to get his budget passed he had to appeal to the people to force congress to pass his plan.

On the other hand, BO is trying to get his plans rammed through congress before the public figures out what he is doing.

What a sad state of affairs that is.  The decibel level of public screaming has to reach a fever pitch to get those idiots to hear us.
