Pork Kakuni
« on: March 10, 2011, 07:04:32 PM »
I must say that Asians have an odd idea of what constitutes a side dish.  I go to the lousy Korean restaurant here and they give me a dozen tiny plates of hard-boiled eggs, bean sprouts, cold kimchee, tofu and a bunch of other stuff that has no relation between one dish and the next with my dinner.

Here is a popular internet cooking show that features "pork berry".

“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”

This is not every day cooking perhaps once a year as we Americans cook huge turkey dinners .

I get a kick out of the dog that keeps an eye out on the food, reminds me of mine that watch every step I take in the kitchen.
