Uncle Bucks Beer Batter
« on: December 22, 2010, 02:06:45 PM »
My wife found this at Grocery Outlet. It's marketed by Bass Pro Shops. She bought 2 cans of this stuff for $1.99 ea. I think.

THIS STUFF ROCKS, however it's been discontinued, and sold out within days at the Gross Out.   :bawl:

Is anyone familar with the "fish" batter they still sell, and if it's the same? What they have now is fish batter lightly seasoned, plus some other varities.

The unobtainable is unknown at Zombo.com

Not familiar with it. I use Louisiana Fish Fry as a basis and sort of blend it with spices to my own specs.

Uncle Buck has some pretty mean beef jerky, too.
