The site was put together by someone(s) who believe the magnetic poles of the earth are going to shift in the near future. The files are information he/they think people will need to survive after the pole shift happens.

The poles do shift from time to time. Usually/roughly about every 300,000 years and we have been in this north/south configuration for about 700,000 years now so it's way overdue.
Maybe when it shifts all the DUmmies and illegal aliens will lose their sense of direction and cross the border going the other way.

Might be a good time to invest in a company that makes compasses. :-)
ETA: The shift might be coming sooner, rather than later.

If we are lucky the DUmmies will head either East or West and keep going until they are in least 8 feet of water.
