what was superstarr's banning over?  I remember that he spent 6 months "proving" that GWB was photographed wearing a ribbon  that he hadn't "earned", and he basically melted into a puddle of goo the 25th time the air force told him that it was earned.

but what was the blow up over that got him 'stoned?

If I recall correctly, it had something to do with the Alioto nomination for the Supreme Court, but alas I can't recall how it fitted into all this.
