Gambler.

It was decent I guess.

I tried to watch Boyhood on Saturday. Awful motionless picture, like a Pavlovian experiment being sucked into a black hole. I quit watching with an hour of running time left.

I can't believe it is on so many top-ten lists.

Pretty sure he did Clockwork Orange as well.
Quite a trippy movie.

Hell, I use more than 10% my brain to think about what I'd like to do to Scarlett Johannsen!

I saw Foxcatcher the other day, I thought that it was very well done and that Steve Carell did a really good job in his role as John du Pont.  Not sure if it was oscar-worthy, but it was good

I watched The Philadelphia Story on TCM on Saturday, Wonderful film, based on a stage play, and that shows but still a wonderful movie.

Yesterday I watched Frank on Netflix. I liked the first half and felt completely betrayed by the filmmakers in the second half. But still, better than Boyhood.

Clearskin with Sean Bean (Boromir in Lord of the Rings). Actually pretty good. He plays a government agent/assassin who is trying down muslim fanatics in London. Caught it on Netflix and enjoyed it.

Just got around to watching Guardians of the Galaxy. I loved it!

I liked that movie too.  And it seems like everybody I know who has seen it likes it--everybody from young kids on up to adults.

Same here.

I was not familiar with those characters at all. I'm not well versed in comic book heroes; but I enjoy the heck out of most of the Marvel Movies.

I like how Marvel has been successful at tying all their movies together, even the TV series Agents of Shield.
