the oblate spheroid would like to share

Oh my.

I went to the fat forum on Skins's island, to see if the Las Vegas Leviathan had given, as he promised some weeks ago, his latest progress report.  He hasn't, and so one's resigned to that the Las Vegas Leviathan's back up to 519 pounds, because if he were down, he'd be boasting about it.

Anyway, so I found this:

Would like to share, mostly you can do it too

Yup I started to gain a tad, so went back to my usual eating habits... as in nothing major, just four pounds

Folks, I have maintained a fifty pound loss for now five years... would love to lose another twenty, but doc and I agree that this is probably set point...

You can do it.

No primitives weighing in at this campfire.

Having seen current photos of the crazy bald dwarf, it's hard to imagine another fifty pounds packed on her four-foot frame.

She's already much wider than she is tall. She's hugely fat, certainly not one to give weight loss advice.

DUmmies lie, all the time, and none of the DUmpmonkeys except our lurkers have seen actual photographs of nutcase nadin.

My hair stood on end when I read that, but I withheld comment so as to see if anyone else noticed, and had the same reaction I did.

"Set point" was one of the first disagreements I had with gNads, and resulted in a threatened 'iggy'.  She maintained that the body 'knows' what it wants to weigh, and adjusting what and how much one eats and exercises will not affect the weight because of that 'body knowledge'.

Increase exercise, reduce caloric intake - if the body has not attained the 'set point', it won't matter.

If the bodies of the starving people of the Sudan region had 'set points' of 180 lbs, would they look healthy despite the lack of food?  This was a question she would not answer.

I think she uses the 'set point' argument to justify being large.
This too shall pass.

Good Lord how I'd like to take her Yup and stick it where it can't be used again.  There should be plenty of room there.

As pointed out upthread Gnads 'set point' BS was one of her many golden moments.  It's a wonderful excuse for being a lard butt.  Plus it sounds so terribly intellectual that every DUmmy buys into it while gobbling PBJs, chasing with a couple of bags of chips and washing it all down a couple of Big Slurps.  All a part of perennial victimhood, Dummies are at the mercy of even their own bodies.

This is all that ol' Steve's doing:

:jerkit:

And he has the DUmb****s behind him, similar to the Pied Piper.

He started the 'set point' BS?  I guess I owe Gnads an apology.

Sorry Gnads, you boring, bloated, self absorbed, POS, that I accused you of doing something you didn't do.
