cboy4 primitive knows the answer

This is obviously baseball or boxing or something.....

As far as I know, college football is the only sport worth paying attention to, so I dunno anything about this.

But it IS nice to see a primitive bonfire full of bonhommie, joie de vivre, esprit, as they don't have that much on Skins's island.

Below's the whole bonfire in its entirety, nothing taken out; I'm sure there's some inside jokes here that only non-college-football sports fans would know, but I have no idea myself.

Federal prosecutors drop 4 counts against Bonds

Who is going to apologize to me after Mr. Bonds walks, or can I expect all of the haters to go into seclusion?

I KNOW THE ANSWER ALREADY

SAN FRANCISCO -- Federal prosecutors dropped four counts of lying to a grand jury against Barry Bonds, leaving him to face trial next year on 10 counts of making false statements plus an addition obstruction of justice charge.

Bonds faces the same potential sentence range -- probation to roughly two years in prison -- if convicted. His trial is scheduled to begin March 2.

Thursday's indictment, the third against the home-run king, came in response to U.S. District Judge Susan Illston's decision last week ordering prosecutors to again rewrite the technically faulty indictment.

Bonds was originally charged in November 2007 with four counts of perjury and one count of obstruction of justice. After a motion by his lawyers to dismiss the case, Illston ordered prosecutors to rewrite the indictment because multiple alleged lies were lumped into single charges.

He was re-indicted in May and charged with 14 counts of making false declarations to a grand jury in 2003 and one count of obstruction of justice. His attorney's then asked Illston to dismiss 10 of the lying charges, claiming he was asked unclear questions in front of the grand jury in 2003, and Illston ruled Nov. 24 to dismiss three charges and asked prosecutors to consolidate or rewrite another two.

1. Political prisoner.

I do, however, expect you to thank Shane Mosley.

I am assuming that you are familiar with why I mention Shane Mosley.

20. Yea, I know about his involvement with BALCO...but he's automatically guilty because he's a boxer, and we all know they cheat.

22. Bonds' attorneys were able to access his grand jury testimony last week, I believe. It is something they wanted, as they believe it will help to clear their client.

28. He actually is a really decent man, and was a great fighter. One of the best lightweights, and very good at welterweight.

Are you interested in Oscar's fight this weekend? I'm really not too interested, as he will enter the ring with about a 20 lb edge.

...that bloated head has HGH written all over it...His physical appearance is the best evidence that shows he did steroids.

3. I don't think physical appearance can be used as evidence he did steroids.

Why can't it be argued he worked out?

And his head doesn't really look bloated to me.

Too funny Cboy! I happen to have a relative who is on steroids for health reasons and I can tell you that Barry definitely has the classic puffy steroid face!

4. Oh sure. Whine about haters while ignoring the OTHER 10 COUNTS of perjury & Obstruction charge.

You have to save your righteousness for the right moment or it just doesn't work.

In the meantime , you might want to re-eat that vomit you're puking.....

6. Nice logic, Sherlock.

And lemme grab my pen and mark forkboy down as someone who intends on not apologizing.

When he is cleared of ALL charges (that's spelled A-L-L - C-H-A-R-G-E-S.....mark that down instead so you can remember to look up it's meaning) then get back to us. If that happens I most certainly will apologize, proving you wrong even in the midst of your joy over being right.

You can even let yourself have a little fun without giving one of the us the opening to show you being wrong again. Trumad was right about you....you're the gift that keeps on giving.

Hmmm.  The forked primitive looks worthwhile watching.

The standard usual textbook case of unbridled Hate and anger, the forked primitive.

8. No, no. I will demand an apology with no subsequent editorial remarks.

"I'm sorry for being in idiot cboy and I can only hope you'll forgive me for my reckless and unjustified Barry hate" is all I need and want to hear.

7. This is how these things tend to work.

Complaints or indictments almost always contain more arguments than really stand a chance of holding up in court. It's the legal equivalent of throwing poop at a wall, and waiting to see what sticks, and it has little to no bearing on what to expect for the rest of the trial. As for how these charges got through a grand jury, you have to remember that the defense gets almost no say in grand jury proceedings, and that any good prosecutor can "indict a ham sandwich", as the saying goes.

(Does that officially put me on the fence?)

9. The charges that were dropped were because they were considered duplicate charges. Its a definition thing. So what are you gonna do when he's convicted on at least one of the remaining TEN serious charges?

10. No, no....that's not the question. The question is will you, turtlensue, Barry hater and Romo lover, apologize to me for convicting Barry when he walks?

Or will you hide behind Tony?

That sounds about like something you guys would say.

I bet Barry is also to blame for the Warriors sucking this season too. Right?

13. Yes, but if Barry is found not guilty .. will you apologize for all of your abuse?

That's what I'm asking.

You've long convicted Bonds, even though he's not been found guilty of breaking a single law or violating a single MLB rule.

It takes a big person to admit they're wrong trumad, so I want to see if I can expect you to be on board begging for my forgiveness in 2009.

15. You sound like a ****ing doofus.....

I honestly could care less about Bonds and this indictment. The abuse given to you by me is simply because you think that if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it's a squirrel.

Bonds started lifting weights and that's what increased his shoe size and head size. I guess that's your story and you're sticking with it... LOL

Look---you are free to live in your own denial.... but I'm free to call you a ****ing Moran for thinking it's a squirrel.

NOW! Back to this Indictment. I see 10 more charges that remain on Big Head.

How about this---- If he's found guilty, will you come back and apologize to those who you are now demanding apologies from? AND will you finally admit that your bloated hero is a cheating ****!

Right back at you Doofus.

Wow.  The true mud primitive apparently takes non-college-football sports seriously.
