Protecting Ron Paul
Let's face it guys, ron paul needs a lot more body guards as the primary comes closer, and at the primaries themselves.
Bobby kennedy was in favor of many of the same issues as paul, and he was assassinated immediately after primary victories.
I say we call campaign HQ and notify them of this.
If paul isn't a body-armored turtle covered in body guards, something is very wrong.
Don't think it won't happen, or that it's unlikely or a fantasy.
The threat of paul's death at any critical moment is very, very real, and it will be at the hands of someone who seems easy to blame.
I assure you, I have no qualms about mentioning it here because frankly I'm hardly the only person who has thought of this.

The only people who take him seriously enough to do that kind of crazy shit are all on his side. I don't htink it will be a problem.

I have served as a voluntary bullet-sponge for Dr. Paul on past visits here to Arizona, mostly before his campaign. He's made stops here in the past for some freedom-oriented rallies and such.

Hiring body guards is not an expensive endeavor.
There's no debating this.
He needs them.
Don't bother sending resume's or going through the typical channels.
Either call the campaign and volunteer when he comes to your town, or JUST SHOW UP WHEN HE COMES TO YOUR STATE.
If any of you know how to spot trouble, put on a vest and be willing to dive.
As for being a bullet sponge - truly there is no greater honor than giving your life to save a friend.

Even if they all show up the "crowds" will be so sparse that there isn't much worry about an interloper with bad intent not being easily detected.

I am pretty sure they've got delusions of such a win. These are people who conduct their political activism from their basements and follow internet polls that have been spammed by ronbots... convinced that they will win.

Honestly I think it's what I've been saying all along...there is no diffecence at all between hard core Liberals and fanatical Ronobots.
No matter how hard they try to deny it...there's not a dimes worth of difference between them.

I'm going to make a wild guess here and say that the Ronulans haven't figured out that if someone really wanted their savior taken out that having a bunch of retards for human shields isn't going to be that big of a deterrant?
