Baylor DC trashes SEC

...and subsequently shows how much of a retard one person can be.

His name is Phil Bennett.

His official title is Defensive Coordinator of the Baylor football team. He was excited about beating an overrated Kansas State team on Saturday night. The defense that he coaches is one of the worst in the country, allowing 504 yards per game. Baylor’s record after beating Kansas State is 5-5 in the Big 12.

But yet, after the upset over Kansas State, he made the following statements to CBS:

“Alabama? We would have beat them tonight!”

“That’s why Texas A&M is doing well in that league… SEC teams don’t face anything like us.”

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site

Pssst, Coach!  You might want to take a look at this before flopping your jaws.
"We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honor and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and then bid the geldings to be fruitful."

C.S. Lewis

A community may possess all the necessary moral qualifications, in so high a degree, as to be capable of self-government under the most adverse circumstances; while, on the other hand, another may be so sunk in ignorance and vice, as to be incapable of forming a conception of liberty, or of living, even when most favored by circumstances, under any other than an absolute and despotic government.

John C Calhoun, "Disquisition on Government", 1840

Didn't one of the Missouri players make a similar statement about the SEC before the season started? How'd that work out for them?
“Don’t vote for the person who tells you you deserve something. Just don’t do it if it’s something other than life, liberty, or the pursuit of possible happiness. If everyone is telling you you deserve something, vote for the one who is promising you the least. Be suspicious of the man or woman who tell you deserve everything. Because you don’t.” ---Mike Rowe
