There is a logical argument for a situation like that to be a decision between the mother, the father and the doctor, and that certainly is not a decision I would want to have to make. Laws can (and have) been written to allow for such situations.
These situations are not how most abortions happen. Most abortions are for convenience, for the mother or often the abuser, not out of any medical necessity. Most pro-baby murder arguments only gloss over cases like this, and focus in on the woman's "right to her body".
Assuming any of the original story is accurate (I'm not), it's irrelevant to how the moonbats support their desire to execute the unborn.
