I think President Biden needs to have a little talk with his Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin.

Just a general discussion about Lt General Michael Flynn.

Whether or not he should be court-martialed?

He was the headliner at an QANON event to discuss how to get Trump back into the White House by August.

He stood in front of this group of conspiracy theorists and told them that Trump had won the popular vote and the Electoral Vote, also, in the last election. The election was stolen, he told them.

Someone in the audience asked him a question. "I want to know why what happened in Myanmar can't happen here"? Flynn was on a live recording and he responded to the guy. He told him we should do the same thing here. He openly talked about a coup. (He later tried to back it up, but it was on tape and the crowd heard him say it.

General Austin Lloyd should look into it.

The President should give him the order to call Flynn back into active duty and they should begin court-martial proceedings immediately.

and a former general and cabinet member had done this under a thuglican administration (which it wouldn't because democrats are not terrorists) they would have had the guy or gal former service person in gitmo, like yesterday, for extreme water boarding and torture and then executed....

What ever happened to the Officers who lied to the Commander in Chief about withdraw in Syria, disobeyed direct orders from that CiC and covered up the truth?

Actually, anyone in the retired reserve can be called back for court martial. SCOTUS affirmed it about two years ago.

A retired Marine on Okinawa was convicted of sexual assault by CM after being reactivated. Conviction was challenged on jurisdiction, but was upheld.

Well, DUmmies believe Trump could have been removed from office after he was no longer President, so why shouldn't Star Moron kentuck believe an officer who has been retired for nearly seven years can be court-martialed for something Flynn did not say? Just like DUmmies wanted Trump "removed" because of a riot Trump in no way incited?
