The FBI recieved 4,500 tips on Brett Kavanaugh.
And it was sent to the Whitehouse instead of the FBI.

"Justice Kavanaugh's nomination was the first time that the FBI set-up a tip line for a
nominee undergoing Senate confirmation. It was established at the direction of the FBI's
Security Division to centralize and manage incoming information related to the nomination. The
FBI received over 4,500 tips, including phone calls and electronic submissions"
This country is truly corrupt.
How did the guy even have time for law school????

imagine that. With how many anti-Trump personnel reside within the fbi they suddenly for the first time decided to set up a tip line to get dirt on one of his nominee's for SCOTUS.
And since there was so much hate for President Trump from the left, is it any surprise that any leftist with a phone or email account didn't leave an anonymous tip(s)?
and how many those tips panned out to be anything of concern...?

1. :rotf: I guess DU-Moron Dawson Leery is too fracking DUmb to recognize the contradiction in his claim. :rotf:
2. :rotf: The Dems' campaign of mass false reports generated 4500 false reports, but the false reports were recognized for what they were. :rotf: Kind of like what Rush used to call "Seminar Callers". :rotf: I wonder how many hundreds of the campaign generated mass false reports were so stupidly composed that the wording was identical. :rotf:

I was going to say, this sounds very much like a left-wing organized smear job.

and when you think about a tip, it is just that, a tip. Not a sworn statement, not legally binding so it wouldn't surprise me if there were several campaigns on instagram, facebook, tik tok and other social media sites to encourage their followers to flood the tip line with false tips to make Kavanaugh look bad.
Well it failed spectacularly and Kavanaugh is a Justice on the Supreme Court and the DUmmies are still dummies.
-
12 people on Facebook probably sent 4,499 of those tips to the FBI.
-
Kavanaugh was really busy with so many dastardly deeds
-
My for-the-time lib son told me then that there would be LOTS of reports because "someone like that doesn't stop." I concurred. I said they were going to be coming out of the woodwork. AND. ALL. FALSE.
-
All that tells me is there was a minimum of 4,500 completely out of their mind kooks who either phoned or emailed in some type of nonsense that even the FBI determined wasn’t worth the time or effort. No telling how many similar nuts would have forwarded in something if they weren’t scared the FBI might track them down.

No kidding. Raping 4500 different women without even ONE reporting it at the time, or even after the fact in a credible way. I think the only guy with a better record beating rape charges is Bill Clinton, and even he probably had to kill a bunch of women to stay out of prison.

Makes one wonder who has had sex with more women, Slick Willie or Wilt Chamberlain?

I STAND WITH TIPS!
:lmao:
-
Tips from tipplers and tokers.
-
4500 more tips than Ford ever got from Kavanaugh.

And they STILL FAILED...
And I am sure it burns their assholes. The left's personal destruction policy is starting to fail, as is the raaaaacist card.

8. Whatever happened with the Julie Svetnik (sic) allegations? Sent to WH? Of course.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley today referred Julie Swetnick and her attorney Michael Avenatti to the Justice Department for criminal investigation relating to a potential conspiracy to provide materially false statements to Congress and obstruct a congressional committee investigation, three separate crimes, in the course of considering Justice Brett M. Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court of the United States.
While the Committee was in the middle of its extensive investigation of the late-breaking sexual-assault allegations made by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford against Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh, Avenatti publicized his client’s allegations of drug- and alcohol-fueled gang rapes in the 1980s. The obvious, subsequent contradictions along with the suspicious timing of the allegations necessitate a criminal investigation by the Justice Department.
“When a well-meaning citizen comes forward with information relevant to the committee’s work, I take it seriously. It takes courage to come forward, especially with allegations of sexual misconduct or personal trauma. I’m grateful for those who find that courage,” Grassley said. “But in the heat of partisan moments, some do try to knowingly mislead the committee. That’s unfair to my colleagues, the nominees and others providing information who are seeking the truth. It stifles our ability to work on legitimate lines of inquiry. It also wastes time and resources for destructive reasons. Thankfully, the law prohibits such false statements to Congress and obstruction of congressional committee investigations. For the law to work, we can’t just brush aside potential violations. I don’t take lightly making a referral of this nature, but ignoring this behavior will just invite more of it in the future.”
Grassley referred Swetnick and Avenatti for investigation in a letter sent today to the Attorney General of the United States and the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The letter notes potential violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1001 and 1505, which respectively define the federal criminal offenses of conspiracy, false statements and obstruction of Congress. The referral seeks further investigation only, and is not intended to be an allegation of a crime.
The referral methodically details the issues with Swetnick’s allegations as relayed by Avenatti, the immediate diversion of committee resources to investigate those allegations, the subsequent contradictions by both Swetnick and Avenatti, the lack of substantiating or corroborating evidence, and the overarching and serious credibility problems pervading the presentation of these allegations.
Swetnick made her allegations in a sworn statement to the committee on September 26. In an October 1 interview with NBC News, however, Swetnick specifically and explicitly back-tracked or contradicted key parts of her sworn statement on these and other allegations. In subsequent interviews, Avenatti likewise cast serious doubt on or contradicted the allegations while insisting that he had thoroughly vetted his client.
Last month, Grassley referred for criminal investigation an individual who made false sexual-assault allegations against Justice Kavanaugh, which were then investigated by committee staff before the individual recanted the claims on social media.

That's what happened to Swetnick you moron. She was a lying loon who got pimped by your favorite dirtbag lawyer. And the other claim referenced in the article was found to be impossible and immediately recanted. Unfortunately, only one of these pieces of crap is in jail at the moment.

:lmao: I don't know if Avenutti is in prison yet, but he is prison bound, with more prosecutions in prospect. :lmao: :rotf: Is DUmmie triron a fairly skilled mole or a typical ignorant DUmmie? :rotf:

Brett Kavanaugh Faces Another Round of Smears and Intimidation
https://www.nationalreview.com/2021/07/brett-kavanaugh-faces-another-round-of-smears-and-intimidation/ (https://www.nationalreview.com/2021/07/brett-kavanaugh-faces-another-round-of-smears-and-intimidation/)
The Times’ Kate Kelly reported that, in a letter to Democratic senators dated June 30, 2021, the FBI said that it had received 4,500 tips on a tip-line set up during a supplemental background investigation of Kavanaugh, and that the most “relevant” of the tips were referred to the Office of White House Counsel, the entity that had requested the supplemental background investigation.
“The letter left uncertain whether the FBI itself followed up on the most compelling leads,” Kelly noted.
But the Times’ report leaves out three key details that would have helped both to clear the air and to clear Kavanaugh’s name: (1) The FBI’s supplemental investigation was always supposed to be limited in time and scope; (2) a summary of all the tips the FBI received was available to all 100 U.S. senators; and (3) we have good reason to believe that none of the supposedly “compelling leads” were actually compelling at all.
...
Second, the New York Times fails to report that the FBI tip-line information was in fact included in the FBI’s report to Congress. A CNN report from 2018, “FBI report includes tip line information,” states:
The FBI report, according to congressional sources and as well as [sic] sources briefed on the documents, includes not only the interview summaries but also information that came in to the FBI’s tip line.
CNN has reported on a number of individuals from Yale who said they had reached out to the FBI to report information but had not been subsequently contacted by the FBI.
One source says the FBI report is more than 1,000 pages.
Mike Davis, who served as chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee during the Kavanaugh hearings, tells National Review that there was a summary of all 4,500 tips in the FBI’s report, which was available to all 100 U.S. senators.
...
Davis makes a crucial point about Senate Democrats now expressing outrage: “If there was anything that caught their attention, they could have flagged it for further investigation.”
“Every whack-job in the world called into that thing. That’s why there were 4,500 [tips],” says Davis. “Grassley’s team went through the entire tip-line. It was nonsense.” Davis worked under then-chairman Chuck Grassley on the committee and now runs the Article 3 Project, a conservative group that focuses on the judiciary.
IOW, there was an organized effort to flood the tip line in the hopes the the sheer volume of "tips" would cause an indefinite delay in the confirmation process. Every Senator could have seen every "tip". Their silence proves they knew the tips were BS.
The current kerfuffle is fauxny double jeopardy.
