It cuts off the blood supply so it'll fall off, can't believe Doctor's actually tell people to do that though on their own.

I can. Even an overworked doctor has to think, "This is something that this guy can take care of himself." Skin tags reoccur, and it's wasteful to run to the doc every time you have one.

As for me, I get them here and there and I just snip 'em off. They bleed for awhile, but it stops.

Of course, if a skin tag is pretty damn big, it's gonna bleed longer. At that point, it's time for a tourniquet.  :-)

He said it would look better in the end if he did it this way than if he had it cut off. He said he would do it if my husband wanted him to but my husband decided try try it.
