I try not to cuss, but there are times. Like when I had a test phase going on in a project and realized that the engineers had failed to make the changes to run sheets that resulted in over three hundred cables having to be repinned in place.
The change package had been submitted three weeks prior to the cable package being built. I had spoke with the lead engineer in detail about the necessary changes. Then I found the cables hadn't been corrected. That failure cost very nearly one million dollars and a critical delay of three weeks.
When I found those cables I was pretty much down to cussing all of that engineering groups genetic heritage, describing the shortcomings in high detail.
