Everyone who has ever lived in Michigan during the Sixties and Seventies, extending into the Eighties, knows that Mayor Coleman Young epitomized the word "corruption." Apart from a relatively minor role that his predecessor (Jerry Cavanaugh, a white guy) precipitated with corruption during the early Sixties, Young took the things to levels previously unknown to mankind.

The FBI has over and over and over again shown itself to be MORE corrupt than the perps they put into prison.
