I just use the pre-made Progresso soups. There are 5-6 kinds that are pretty reasonable on calories. The Beef with Barley is about the lowest, but has some carbs. A whole can usually under 200 cal. I supplement it with about 1/2 cup of 4% cottage cheese. That's my daily lunch. I try to avoid carbs wherever I can...
what kills me is not having a whole pack of Club crackers in a bowl of soup... I dream about bread and crackers now. hehe
