Title: Stories & Opinions Worth Knowing but Maybe Not Quite Threadworthy 11/11

Biden and Xi will meet Wednesday for talks on trade, Taiwan and fraught US-China relations

Oh, goody! Another opportunity for SharterJoe to show how weak and ineffective he is! Maybe Chicom Xi will start thinking less about taking over the Pacific rim and especially Taiwan! After all, just because SharterJoe hasn't had an idea of his own in at least five years, it's really the kind thing for Chicom Xi to do - show how gracious and accommodating he is, don'tcha think?

And, as an extra added bonus, maybe SharterJoe will take Chicom Xi on a special tour of San Francisco's streets, complete with piles of human shit and discarded drug needles!

TOAST: Michigan GOP Is About to Default on Loan Payments, According to Budget Cmte. Member Who Resigned

https://redstate.com/tladuke/2023/11/10/toast-michigan-gop-is-about-to-default-on-loan-payments-according-to-resignation-letter-n2166154 (https://redstate.com/tladuke/2023/11/10/toast-michigan-gop-is-about-to-default-on-loan-payments-according-to-resignation-letter-n2166154)

Kinda long story, actually, but the gist is -- at this point prior to a presidential election, the Michigan GOP should have about $10 million in the bank. They've got a little over $35K, with bills still unpaid.

An interesting fact - Ronna McDaniel, the national GOP Chief Turd, also led the Michigan GOP in 2016 where DJT won Michigan by a measly 11K votes.

And, according to other stories in the news about Ms. GOP Loser, Ronna McRomney (she is a Romney, after all), refused to pony up money for Virginia which explains Virginia's flip in the General Assembly AND the Senate from red to blue.

This pattern of failure would be obvious to a two-year-old toddler, but the GOP just can't help itself -- losing elections is its priority.

It's not a pattern of failure. Ms. GOP is prioritizing exactly where her Uni-party and Deep State bosses tell her to focus.

Apparently, SharterJoe's career as a tour host never got off the ground. A shame, really, as it appears that the riff-raff cleaner-uppers have been busy in that sucking chest wound known as San Fransicko:

San Francisco Magically Clears the Streets of Addicts in Advance of APEC Summit

Ain't that the shits? (No pun intended, of course.)

Law enforcement officials found four Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department employees dead on Monday and Tuesday, in what officials described as unrelated suicides, according to multiple reports.

The deaths include one retired LASD member and three current members over a 24-hour period, according to KTLA. The first three victims were discovered on Monday, with the first victim being found dead at around 10:30 a.m. in Valencia; a second death was discovered at 12:53 p.m. in Lancaster; and a third death was reported at 5:40 p.m. in Stevenson Ranch. Detectives responded to the fourth victim Tuesday at around 7:30 a.m. in the city of Pomona, KTLA reported.

L.A. County Sheriff Robert Luna said the deaths rocked law enforcement officers across the state.

"We are stunned to learn of these deaths, and it has sent shockwaves of emotions throughout the department as we try and cope with the loss of not just one, but four beloved active and retired members of our department family," Luna said in an emailed statement to the outlet.

Four suicides in one day. Somethings does not sound right.

Four suicides in one day. Somethings does not sound right.

Sad, but often involves investigations going on.  Odds of four "unrelated" suicides  are pretty slim.
