I know right?  Do they even know that .2% of a $10 item is 2 cents?  I don't think they do.  That number is made up anyway, too many variables.

At the dump any decrease even if it was .0001% it’s good news to them and a talking point  :lmao: :loser:

They need to show slo jo is working hard for them  :rotf:

What I find worrisome, beyond LIEden's horribly harmful policies and actions, is that hid past lie-stories had a purpose, somehow showing that he shared his target audience's experiences and concerns. This pandemic claim served no purpose. It's just detachment from reality.

A concept I grew up with was that there are two "churches" - the "visible church", people in the pews, and the true church, all true believers. Using those terms, I think the visible church is probably shrinking, but those leaving aren't really believers. Their churches no longer served some desired social purpose and they moved on. The true church is probably stable or growing a little, but I do think the level of understanding of the Christian faith is diminishing.

Wasn't someone on DU claiming that Trump falling asleep in court was a sign of his contempt for and open defiance of the court?

Per Texas law, https://capitol.texas.gov/tlodocs/87R/billtext/pdf/HB01280F.pdf#navpanes=0 :

Whether the doctor or demmiblue is lying, Texas law clearly permits an abortion of a dead baby.

Wait a minute! Are you insinuating that a DUmmie would lie?

That’s a complete lie. We had 2 children that died in utero and the doctors immediately scheduled my wife to be induced. These primitives will tell any tale to try to score political points, even to themselves.

If you consider yourself a staunch "pro-lifer" ... 1) You've never been through what we just went through, and 2) You should take a long, hard look in the mirror and reevaluate your reasons for supporting such a cold, barbaric, ignorant point of view.
It's not that black & white, and it's never going to be.

1) My Pro-Life wife and I have been through a miscarriage, though a D & C was not needed. It was devastating. Had one been necessary we would not have hesitated to have it done, for the grossly obvious reasons.

2) First, I do not know of any Pro-Lifer who would want to forbid abortion when a mother's life was in danger. Second, an unborn baby is a unique, living human being in the beginning stages of a continuous progression from fertilization the death in old age. The DNA of the baby is specifically human and unique from that of the mother, and is controlling the growth and development of that living baby. Pro-Abortionists want to believe Pro-Lifers are unthinking, but in the real world many have given more thought to it than have Pro-Abortion people who dodge the reality of what abortion kills.

Per Texas law, https://capitol.texas.gov/tlodocs/87R/billtext/pdf/HB01280F.pdf#navpanes=0 :

Quote
(b) The prohibition under Subsection (a) does not apply if:
(1) the person performing, inducing, or attempting the
abortion is a licensed physician;
(2) in the exercise of reasonable medical judgment,
the pregnant female on whom the abortion is performed, induced, or
attempted has a life-threatening physical condition aggravated by,
caused by, or arising from a pregnancy that places the female at
risk of death or poses a serious risk of substantial impairment of a
major bodily function unless the abortion is performed or induced;
and
(3) the person performs, induces, or attempts the
abortion in a manner that, in the exercise of reasonable medical
judgment, provides the best opportunity for the unborn child to
survive unless, in the reasonable medical judgment, that manner
would create:
(A) a greater risk of the pregnant female ’s
death; or
(B) a serious risk of substantial impairment of a
major bodily function of the pregnant female.

Whether the doctor or demmiblue is lying, Texas law clearly permits an abortion of a dead baby.

ETA: I will "admit" that it took me a few minutes (probably less than 5) with DDG to find the pertinent Texas law and skim down to this section. I wonder if any DU-member bothered to fact-check the :bouncy: . 30 Replies, not one bothered to find the pertinent Texas law ... unsurprisingly.

That’s where some of those unaccompanied migrant children are winding up. I guess the rest in whorehouses and massage parlors. Thank you, Joe.
