Neocon War!!!11!1

My prediction, with a pending recession a new war is required. Venezuela has played into their hands by crossing into Columbia. The United States will send a brigade to assist the Columbian Government, which will crush Venezuela in a few days, and allow the U.S. to seize all the expropriated oil fields and return them to Exxon.

May I ask where did you get information that Venezuela crossed into Columbia?
Latest Bush interview?
Have you link or source?
The voices told him.

You almost say it as if it were a BAD thing?

Oh, that it would be true, but alas, it wn't work out that way.
Indeed.

Ronulans used to be about protecting private property from being seized by the government because it smacked too much of communism.

But let a real communist actually steal property and they seem to have no qualms so long as said commie screams about US "imperialism".

Ronulans have no principles, only hatred of the US.

Only in a Neo-Con wet dream.

I have no doubt that the Globalists would like to control that oil, they have been provoking Chavez for years.
I doubt that taking Venezuela would prove to be easy.
They are well armed and ready.

OPEC Supports Venezuela in Case Exxon Mobil

ABN 05/03/2008

The conference of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) has unanimously, issued a resolution of support to Venezuela in the ongoing legal dispute undertaken by Exxon Mobil which pretends to act against the sovereign decisions of the Venezuelan State.

The information was issued on Wednesday by the president of Petróleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) and Minister of Energy and Oil, Rafael Ramnírez, from Vienna; Austria, after the end of 148th Meeting of the OPEC Conference.

Chavez would fight Bush using every last resource. It would not be an easy fight either there are a lot of Chavistas down there. I would love to see Bush get his ass handed to him by Chavez, we have no business there; we have caused enough trouble in the entire region (the failed coup?). Despite what lies our media tells us, Chavez is a decent leader and is very popular, although he does leave some things to be desired .

So would I but not at the expense of our innocent soldiers. And what excuse would he use this time???? Terrorists? WMDs??? Or would they be so bold as to state it really was for the oil???

I agree that it would be horrible to send more innocent American youth to die for no reason or to be used as pawns in Bushes grand game of chess. They would use the same lame excuse they have been: freedom and safety. They should put Bush and Cheney in uniform and let them fight, I hear Cheney is a pretty good shot!

When are you people going to get it in your head that there are leaders all over the world just like or worse than bush. Chavez is the same power hunger piece of shi* as Bush and Putin. Quit supporting a**holes just because we have an a**hole leader.
Almost sane.

Almost.

Another few years of Bush and his trotskyites and the US would be at war with the entire world.
Trotskyite (adj) - of having the political qualities of Trotsky, an early leader of the Russian communist revolution.

QUERY: what exactly are the qualities these so-called necons are supposed to have with trotsky? Neocons do not support gun control, government education, welfare etc etc etc. So far the closest I ever got was a list of quotes from Trotsky regarding agressive foreign policy, i.e. pre-emptive war.

Plenty of political/military theorists throughout the ages have advocated dealing with enemies before they become too strong to confront; everyone from Sun Tzu to Alexander Hamilton. These idiots only pick Trotsky because he's a communist so it makes it easy to turn a policy disagreement into a perjorative. Trotsky is the new Hitler.

Yet, oddly, as I've already pointed out these retards defend a real-life communist who has stolen private property and is threatening war against a nation responding to 30= years of attacks by terrorists...even though his own nation was never threatened and those very same terrorists have kidnapped his own citizens. Who is suppose to be fabricating excuses for war? And yet you sheep bleat for Chavez?

I do not support Chavez 100% and it really does not matter if I do because it's not where I live. [tell us your thoughts on Israel --MSB] I do however know plenty of Venezuelans and they LOVE him. He has done a great deal for the poor of that country, and when I say poor I mean we can't even imagine some of the poverty that exists in the Barrio's of Caracas and elsewhere in that country. If you spent any amount of time there you would see what I am talking about. He is nothing like Bush or Putin, and I will not accept any American media story that would support that he is; they have had it out for him since day one and not one of those news sources can be trusted. Power corrupts almost all leaders, everywhere. If you want the real news from that region you can try: narconews.com, but I would not trust anything you read about it in the MSM here, they have a clear agenda, and it is not reporting truth and fact about Hugo Chavez.
As long as the poor love it when a communist hands them other people's money you're OK with it.

Now that Ron Paul is out will you be supporting Obama as long as he becomes pro-gun? After all, he's anti-war and he's willing to make the poor people love him too.

Yeah, this could actually prove very difficult considering that several other Latin American countries would come to Venezuela’s aid, and you might even have pressure from countries like Russia, Iran, China, as they are tied closely to Venezuela. Plus, Venezuela bought a bunch of weapons/etc from Russia not long ago. They’re no Grenada.

Plus, we’re stretched like Rome times ten, yo.

Chavez is nowhere near the same ballpark as Bush or Putin.

Great deal for the poor? By ruining their futures. Take a chapter from Augusto Pinochet, he used free market principles to make Chile prosperous. The leftists attack him because:

1. he did come down hard on the leftist fighters, so yeah

2. he was not a socialist, they attack anyone that is not a socialist. you don't see leftists criticizing how Stalin starved millions of his own people. You can just see the ignorants rally against how Pinochet killed a few thousand. But those thousands were fighting against him, so those deaths are understandable.

This is all bullshit. The second you start arguing in favor of Pinochet, you should take a second look at yourself.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has said the "happy" end to the regional crisis with Colombia should boost unity in Latin America.

"We are all happy," Mr Chavez said afterwards.

"Peace! We must unite and integrate."

LOL, so true. It has been refreshing to see change happening all over south america. They are finally sick of the US meddling in their affairs...
Chavez was never attacked.

Chavez threatened war on behalf of Marxist terrorists.

Colombia did not counter his mobilizations and never intended to do so.

And yet these toolbags claim Chavez the victor and hero.
