I've been involved with events at large hotels at which the renting organization erected temporary displays: as long as what we were doing was temporary and fire marshals were happy the hotel had no input one way or the other. There are entire companies devoted to working with businesses to erect things like stages and podiums for conferences, and I doubt most of them are up on their obscure Viking-age runes.

Let's keep the blame where it belongs - on the Trumpian lackey who thought he (probably: where's Steve Miller these days?) could sneak one by and only those in the know would notice.

...and warned Hyatt that this symbol would be displayed and what it meant, they aren't culpable. At least for that.

Being willing to host CPAC at all after what it has become is in itself a bit questionable.

That was my initial thought when this silly ruse first emerged.  That fat bastard Governor probably has all of their convention rooms set up with a similar stage setup.

And DUmmy kimbutgar, his name is Pritzker.  Kind of a prominent corrupt Illinois family involved in Democrat politics, so you should have at least known how to spell it.

In real life, it was simply a practical stage layout:

* Two entrances/exits for speakers;

* Paths from each entrance direct to the podium;

* Areas on each side of the center for groups or panels;

* The edges of the stage are outlined in a contrasting lighted color for safety.

If they keep pushing it, this faux-"Gotcha" is going to blow up in Proggies collective face, in gales of laughter.

What the hell does the color blue have anything to do with this? Is the DUmbass insinuating that Blue is a Nazi color? If so then he just accused the Democrat Party and all of its member to be Nazis since that's the color associated with the left

Hyatt caved and went full weasel. ACU retorted, https://www.conservative.org/article/a-response-to-hyatt-hotels . I'm going to guess that the ACU has a shipload of email conversations that substantiate their claim and will be gathering even more from their contractors. Hyatt may be hearing more from ACU's lawyers.

This letter also puts skews media people on notice, akin to Nick Sandmann.
