Some time around the first or second year of the War for the Liberation of Iraq, an officer got into a lot of trouble because he swatted around an Iraqi prisoner. He had sort of "lost it" because the prisoner had been involved with other terrorists trying to kill his men, and the lives and safety of his men were the most important thing to him.
Conduct which may not be strictly military code, but as all are human, franksolich thinks he should've gotten a pass on it, and left alone.
Anyway. But I thought the officer was from Texas who did that, getting into trouble.
