Advertisements [?]Edited on Mon Feb-25-08 10:37 PM by originalpckellyHis government has admitted to the commission of war crimes. His government, by and with his authority, has disregarded laws passed by the Congress, in the process subverting the checks and balances on his power and the separation of powers in this constitutional government. His ascension to power was controversial, and in light of his legacy, highly suspicious. He has lead this nation into failed wars in two nations. In one using the terrorist acts of this nation's enemies as an implied threat to obfuscate his government's misinformation campaign. In another he dishonored the justice of those who fell on 9/11 by failing to capture the highest "ranking" culpable individual in al-Qaeda.His government has hassled and prevented the free travel of American citizens between the various states and territories of this nation. His associates have cast doubt on the most essential of criminal prosecutions by degrading the credibility of this nation's federal prosecutors. His government, by and with his authority, has wiretapped individuals secretly without warrants. He and his associates in Congress have enslaved future generations by method of insurmountable government debt, and his associates in the economy have enslaved the current generation by method of private debt. This list is but a partial list of the varied and repugnant offenses by this President, his Vice President, his government, and other associates during the past few years in this nation. We have suffered silently until now, but at this point something must occur. The power grabs have become too bold, and now even Republicans have challenged the most egregious offense of imprisoning a man simply because he was an "unbeatable" Democrat.Let those Republicans who'd dare defend this tyrant know that they will be next. This President is no different than any other tyrant in history, and the people he is associated with are no different either. They will consolidate their power, and any supposed protection that may come in the early days of his ever emboldening centralization of power will be gone eventually.Refresh | 11 Recommendations Printer Friendly | Permalink | Reply | Top

Yes, the word around the campfire, is that Rove had him entrapped.
And I thought Mrs. Ed got the ban stick.
Quote from: Odin's Hand on February 25, 2008, 10:12:02 PMYes, the word around the campfire, is that Rove had him entrapped.Entrapped my @ss. Trust me. Teh Rove had nothing to do with the ex-Gov's current legal troubles. He brought it on himself.
There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site
Well, hell yeah. He was a paid asset of HealthSouth.
So a man of the democrat party persusaion is in jail because he was convicted through due process and this is Bush's fault?I wish the DUchebags would go back to their home planet.

I mean, it's not like the guy was squeaky clean then Rove put out his foot and tripped the guy so he'd fall in a mud puddle? Just what do they thing Rove did? Did he actually have anything to do with this at all or is this more delusions from the drugged and crazy?CindieYes, the word around the campfire, is that Rove had him entrapped.
