JUNE 10--A Florida Man who had cocaine on his nose when the vehicle he was traveling in was stopped this weekend by police told arresting officers that the drug was not his, investigators say.

Fabricio Jimenez, 20, was a passenger in a car that was pulled over Sunday during a 4:30 AM traffic stop in suburban Tampa.

When a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputy approached the auto, the female cop “immediately noticed Jimenez had a white powdery substance on his nose she recognized to be powder cocaine,” according to investigators.

It is in Florida by the way.

Fabricio Jimenez had cocaine on his nose and said it was not his.

I wonder what his DU name is.  :mental:

When C.O.P.S used to be on TV, I recall several incidents where law enforcement would search a suspect and find drugs in the clothing, pockets, underwear.   The response from the suspect was always the same : "that's not mine!"

Been binge-watching Live PD lately. Same thing happens. Backpack on a thug. Thug and backpack get searched. Two lbs. of pot in the backpack. "That's not mine!" Or, even better, a car full of thugs don't own up to the 50 grams of meth on the floor console. They all get charged with possession with intent to distribute.  :rotf:
