And the term "recall" has an entirely different meaning than that known by most folks.

What CG6468 said...appalling as the IL Supreme Court's past practice was, the story is actually about an improvement to the status quo.

As I spend my summers in IL, I will believe it when I see it.  Notice they have been "promising" to stop for 20 years.
