Just kidding. An exact recipe is hard, cuz I just sort eyeball when I cook. But, for the most part, it's:
equal parts tiny shrimp or small shrimp cut into pieces and diced crab I used about a cup of each. I recommend letting the shrimp sit in a bowl on paper towel to make sure any extra moisture is absorbed away. Otherwise it can get watery later - assuming you have leftovers.
equal parts mayo and sour cream About a tablespoon and a half of each. Straight mayo would be overpowering. Mostly, just shoot for a good creamy consistency.
celeryAbout a half cup.
dill weed About 1/2 tablespoon.
a pinch or two of lemon-garlic-pepper salt Gotta be careful here or else it will be salty AF.
For the bread, any good hard roll or an Italian loaf will work. If using a loaf, slice about half inch thick.
Set stove to medium-high. Melt butter in a skillet. Once butter is melted, sprinkle in grated parmesan cheese and immediately put bread on top so the cheese melts into the bread. Pull it up once it's golden brown. Toast the other sides in melted butter without cheese.
Serve the salad on top of the cheese side. Putting down a leaf of lettuce (anything BUT iceberg) is good too.
Some fresh cracked pepper on top really adds.
