I found this on FB (I know, I know).  I have only the most cursory familiarity with LIBOR.  Does anyone know if this is anything?

We have been going through a lot of weird, terrible and coincidental events lately.  Just wondering out loud.

Could be.  I know very little of the background of it, who or what is involved.
