Can you imagine how it would have been if whiny pussies like Vinnie had populated the frontier?

Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

I believe that's the aftermath of the Mt. Saint Helens eruption back in the 80's.

Indeed it is - the event was so powerful that tree in the blast radius were stripped clean and knocked down as if someone took a box of toothpicks and dumped it on the floor.

Wow.  I ran into a few of that group in a bar in Cody.  Seemed like they went in there just to try to upset folks.  They were crying then, too.  You could barely understand what about, for the sobbing (something about a kind of sagebrush and dirt - both which we natives also like).  What odd people.  They didn't get a reaction, except that a couple locals told them that going out on Friday night was a time for happy, not sad, and they left.  So, in my limited exposure to the group, they sure cry a lot.

As I remember, one very sotted woman really showed sympathy and kept trying to get to the root of their sorrow.  The group, as a whole, rejected her attempts at consolation.

Oh, OK, now I know what it was (couldn't see it).  The wailing, sobbing tree people?  That was hilarious.  We sure have a lot of weird people amongst us.
