Obama judge strikes again! Scary stuff!

Hi,

Remember when the law was signed that basically said the government could pick up a suspected terrorist and hold them indefinitely without charges?  Obama reluctantly signed it of course promising not to abuse the priviledge.  Of course the law does not jive with the little principal "Innocent until proven guilty"; kinda like unconstitutional perhaps??

Just got the following from a friend.


First, yesterday, all seemed bright and gay, as Hedges "won" his suit:

After reading the two articles, a though occured to me.  One alluded to the fact that perhaps the government was getting ready to swoop in and nail a lot of folks.  Hmmm, I wonder if speaking out on the Conservative Cave might get us on a list?  I wonder if the timing might just have been planned for after the election?

This is some scary stuff as far as I am concerned.

Regardless of some of our individual differences with some other posters, we all must stick together here. There's a much bigger thing at stake than just disagreeing amongst ourselves. I'm not, however, saying that we have to accept trolls and other troublemakers.
