The Obama Administration has recently announced approval of the most stringent interrogation techniques to be allowed at Guantanamo Bay and other detention facilities run by the CIA throughout the world. The Administration states "We fully expect these new techniques to break through the suspect's extensive conditioning and belief in their cause and provide us with timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence.
