My father just called to tell me that he is registering as a Democrat
At eighty two years old and a life long republican he went to the town hall and changed his registration.

Why? He said that the moment John McCain stood up and said that the Stimulus bill would destroy America his mind changed. He called it a meta noya. He said that the country has to get behind our President and that what the republicans are doing is disgraceful.

I still don't get the anger at the GOP over this. Their opposition is meaningless in the extreme in getting things passed.

In order for me to believe the Dummies post, I would like to see his father's "new" democrat registration, ALL of his "old" republican cards.  How many times he voted in a Republican primary...    In other words,   he is a Liar!  I see it everyday here in the heart of liberal Texas.   :loser:
