A question if I may ... if anyone is listening.

I'm still working on the look and feel and layout of this place, but one thing I've noticed is how long it takes each page to download.  Sometimes I can't even get onto the site.  Anyone have any idea why this is happening?  Is there anything in my profile that I can 'shut off' to make the site run quicker?  I've even tried downloading the site on my smahtphone and it took some time.  Now I'm working on logging on from there.  Any help, recommendations, advice would be greatly appreciated.  I'd like to get more involved with the conversations on the different boards, but it's painful waiting!

That's been a source of much frustration of late. Thor, our resident Administrator And Purveyor Of All Things Computer-Like, repeatedly bangs his head against the wall when those things occur -- several times a day of late.

The problem is not your computer. Don't touch that dial.

Instead, send Thor about 627 PMs, each one branded with the moniker:

"Can Ya Hear Me Now?"

He'll love you for it.

Phew!  ( wipes brow )  I'm happy to hear it's not my computer, or my place of employment which happens to be deep within the moonbat lair!  I'm surprised any website with the word conservative in it, isn't banned.

Yeah, the Pats did put a spanking on the Steelers, although, they did bounce back a bit.
I can do without the Dolphins, Jets and San Fran as well. :naughty:
