Drill down into the state map and see the companies/ organizations that recieved the money and how much. In CT a company called alliance roofing got over $3 million of our money and didn't create a ******* single job with it.  WTF did they get it for?  Blue dots are gov and green dots are commercial.

Well I live just outside of D.C. You don't want to see mine.

In my zip code -

$1.6 million
19.73 jobs to a community health center - here is the info:

__________ County, we continue to experience a skyrocketing cost of living and an exploding immigrant and working poor population. The turn in the economy has hit hard and the demand for services is overwhelming. The Community Health Center provides primary and preventative health care services to the medically underserved in and around _______ County, Va. Data systems and Quality Improvement programs allow ongoing monitoring and evaluation of care provided and patient outcomes. Services are offered to people through all life cycles regardless of their ability to pay. Services are provided out of a central site in _______. Staffing currently includes 3.0 FTE medical providers, 1.0 FTE mental health provider and 14.2 support staff. It is projected that through the new access point project, CHC currently will provide care to over 5,000 patients for 16,000 encounters.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Hi,

I thought you were joking.  Our zip code got nada.....which one would expect as it is a republican district.  Matter of fact a lot of GM and Chrysler dealerships in the area got closed also, so likely our number is negative, and on purpose.

regards,

$13,332,996 for 2.1 jobs.  I want to see this .1 job.

What really busts my balls is that nearly $4 M went to something called the "Drinking Water State Revolving Fund" to improve drinking water--when most of us rely on wells.

No jobs "created or saved" on that one--pure boondoggle ****ing pork.

Well, judging by the rest of you my county is being very efficient with their your money.

A paltry $693030 for a stunning slew of  0.8 jobs.  That's less than a million for a full job at that rate!

Happy days! The Stimulus Porkulus is working!

Thanks Joe!!!
