And just for our visiting DUmmies...here's something you can be proud of...

Before I saw DU, I just "accepted" Democrats and liberals...I didn't care for their views, but life is life.

After someone showed me DU, I began to HATE and DESPISE Democrats and liberals, and I HATE and DESPISE them more every time I read a DU post.

You DUmmies are GREAT at making enemies.  Nice work.

This past weekend was the one year mark after Tony Snow's death.  That got me thinking about that despicable exchange recently between HiFructosePronSyrup and someone else about Tony's death and how gleeful they were and how much fun they had watching him waste away.  Reading their little thread made me cry and made me very very gloomy.  I hated them, and I don't hate easily or cry easily for that matter.

I used to be the same way; people are people, and one is compelled to accept all who come one's way.

That slowly started changing for me about the first time I discovered Skins's island.

It was slow; it took several years for the current attitude to evolve.

I don't give a **** about the primitives any more, and if they all laid down and died, I would care less than I do about the price of papayas in Paraguay.

Skins Island can turn Democrats into Republicans.  Maybe Skins is trying this new Unrec feature in order to make his Greatest page look somewhat civilized and so as to not chase even the liberal leaning away.  Really, it's all hate there, all the time.
