No, because the FAA doesn't determine the causes of plane crashes. The NTSB, a separate agency, does that. And pilot error usually is, and always has been, a major contributing cause of plane crashes. This isn't political.

Air crash investigations are done by the NTSB not the FAA. I have not seen indications of political bias in them. Pilot error findings have been the norm since NTSB was founded. Nothing unique to the Bushies in that.We might hope for some new rules about passenger rights, but that would be about it.
