Valter Veliu owns a German restaurant in Columbus, Ohio and says he is opening tomorrow: the state government's Stalinist dictates he refuses to follow, lest he go bankrupt:
Veliu claims starting Friday, he will open the restaurant to a limited number of customers. He says the restaurant will not be able to survive if he is unable to begin serving patrons again.

You must spend a few minutes watching the interview: he is great! "Why not lower the freeway speed limit to 35 mph, if the state wants to save lives?"

The Ohio totalitarian/Mafia bureaucrats got to him: they told him that his restaurant "could" lose its assorted licenses "permanently" if he opened early.
His lawyers said to wait the extra 10 days, although it puts him even closer to bankruptcy. Fighting for his Constitutional rights in courts would bankrupt him for sure.
So he will open this coming week with the severe and stupid restrictions placed upon all restaurants in Ohio, thanks to our RINO Nanny-Stater governor DeWine, who had served one undistinguished term in the U.S. Senate in the early 2000's where he sided with McCain and other RINOS and DEMS way too often.
So it is no surprise, unfortunately!
