Why Trump has not been indicted?
The old saying is, "When you come after the king, you best not miss."

There is little doubt but that the former president is one of the top international criminals in the world. He is one of the "untouchables" of the crime world.

He is not a typical, underworld, New York mafia figure. He competes with the Russian mafia figures and the criminal autocrats around the world. As an enterprise, they compete with the rest of the free world for resources and international interests. Their primary goal is accumulation of wealth and they do not concern themselves with trivial matters such as freedom, democracy, and the common good, unless it furthers their goal.

Whether the DOJ looks at the Trump criminal enterprise in a similar manner is open to question. But they seem to believe that if they indict the former disgraced president, then there can be no open questions about their case. It must be airtight. An indictment must bring a conviction.

Why hasn't he been indicted up to this point? Because it is not as "airtight" as some of us believe. There can be no escape routes. The evidence must be obvious to all.

It seems to this untrained eye that the evidence is piling up and the puzzle pieces are fitting together. It is America versus the International Criminal Cartel. The only remaining question will be: Will they have the courage to pull the trigger, so to speak?
