Title: Just upgraded to Firefox 23.0 from 21.0

I don't like Javascript being active, so I keep it turned off except when needed. In Firefox 23.0, the <TOOLS-->OPTIONS-->CONTENT> panel no longer has the option to toggle it on/off.

Instead, you have to type about:config in the address bar. After you <ENTER>, click the I'll be careful, I promise button. In the search bar, enter javascript.enabled, and click Toggle. That disables Javascript.

To re-enable, reverse these steps.
